Following the announcement by the Chief Dental Officer and the Government on 28th May, we are preparing for the process of re-opening the practice from the 8th of June. As you may be aware, we have had to cancel all appointments and stop face to face treatment since the lockdown began at the end of March.
Our priority during this pandemic is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and colleagues. We will be reopening once we are satisfied we have the correct measures in place and the correct PPE to keep our patients and staff safe.
We are still working through the finer details to ensure smooth running and will be communicating directly as soon as we have more information. We will continue to be providing advice and assistance to our patients over the phone so please contact us if you have an urgent dental problem. We will initially be prioritising appointments for our existing patients who have contacted the practice with dental emergencies.
Please do not visit the practice unless you have an appointment booked.
We thank you all for your patience during this difficult time and look forward to seeing you again soon.
We will be in touch once we are ready to see you.

Oral devices are acknowledged by experts to be among the most effective treatments for snoring. As a condition that affects both the sufferer and the bed partner, snoring is a problem that very few people seek treatment for, often feeling too embarrassed.
Until recently, options for snorers were very limited – most would visit their GP who would likely suggest other solutions; such as to avoid sleeping on your back, lose weight, stop smoking and stop drinking.
The good news is that we can offer an additional and practical solution to the problem! Our snoring devices are custom made to the patient’s specifications. The device is only worn when the patient is asleep and during clinical trials, over 97% of patients found the Sleepwell snore guard an acceptable snoring remedy.
The Sleepwell appliance positions the lower jaw forward whilst sleeping, which opens the airway and stops snoring. Prior to being provided with a snore guard device, you will be asked to come in for a consultation in order to rule out obstructive sleep apnoea.
"I have found the sleepwell appliance exceptionally good. It has stopped my snoring ( to my husbands great relief) and although slightly uncomfortable to start with, i soon got used to it. Thank you for actually providing something that actually works!"
